Summary

Kattigan blinked at him, perplexed by the abrupt movement. “Can what?”
“Come.” Occtis slapped a hand over his eyes. He refused to show how embarrassed this conversation was causing him to become. “I don’t know if I can come. I haven’t tried since I…” The word died hung heavy between them, but Kattigan, as always, didn’t let it shake him.
The large hand on his thigh squeezed once, and Kattigan leaned down to mutter into his ear:
“Let’s find out, love.”
