first came the “oh no he’s gonna break up with me after dinner” phase, which took place immediately after yoongi had muttered the words come to my house tomorrow, but then again, the rational portion of jungkook’s brain told him, why the hell would he invite you to dinner to his own apartment just to break up with you it’s only been a couple of weeks, you dumbass, which happened, a whole second after the first phase took place in his mind. and also, yoongi had made sure to kiss him breathless after asking him to come over.
so naturally, jungkook’s twenty two year old brain thought, oh ... he’s inviting me over so we can finally fuck, because, as a young man, of course that is naturally one of the first things he always thinks about. or is always thinking about. and some people with cat-like eyes and pretty pouty lips and deep voices that made him a little weak in the knees, were not making his life any easier.
or: jungkook overthinks a whole ton.

Warm. The first thing Yoongi’s brain can manage to notice is that he is very warm.
Almost as if on cue, he feels the press of a very cold nose on his neck, and hears the happy little sigh as it reaches his warm skin. The arm holding him by the waist brings him a little bit closer to the body lying next to him.
He really wishes he wasn’t used as a glorified plushie most days.
