So they can go beat up the skeletons and save the world from the lord of the underworld. Like that makes any sense. Like any of this makes any fucking sense.
But Kai will do it. For Nya. He won’t eat, won’t sleep, won’t stop worrying himself sick and working himself to the bone until she’s happy and healthy and safe. After all, he’s been doing just that for as long as he can remember. Why should some raised stakes change anything?-
