Si a mí, Mitsuki Bakugo, me hubieran dicho de joven que sería la madre de uno de los héroes profesionales más fuertes del país —y de paso el más testarudo, bocón y emocionalmente analfabeta— me hubiera carcajeado hasta quedarme sin oxígeno.
Pero aquí estoy: cargando angustias, canas prematuras y, para rematar, descubriendo que mi hijo está enamorado de un hombre. Y no cualquier hombre: el héroe que salvó Japón, su mejor amigo de la infancia (aunque él lo niegue) y el ser más torpe del planeta para admitir lo que siente.
Encima, mi hijo, el mismísimo “Dios de la Gran Explosion Asesina Dynamight”—¿vieron el nombrecito que se puso? Con eso cualquiera entiende lo dura que tiene la cabeza— pretendía que yo no me diera cuenta. Así que ese día terminé gritándole, ya al borde del colapso maternal: “Hazme un favor, Katsuki… y sé bueno con Izuku.”
Lo peor es que días después descubrí que el condenado llevaba un mes ocultándome un secreto enorme. A veces me pregunto cómo es que dos héroes capaces de salvar ciudades enteras pueden ser tan ridículamente incapaces de manejar sus propios sentimientos. Y luego recuerdo: claro… son ellos.

Deku comes to Bakugou with a problem only he can solve. Apparently several years ago, he made up his mind that Bakugou was going to be his first. Obviously life didn’t turn out that way, but now Deku has a date this weekend, and he’s tired of this little hang up getting in the way of his social life.
He’s convinced that all they have to do is sleep together one time and Deku will be free to do whatever he wants with whoever he wants. Seems simple enough.

Except, neither of them have realised that the other isn’t actually just a part of their imagination. And, of course, seeing as they are hopelessly in love with each other, that makes it a little difficult to hide your true feelings.
