Neil goes to Edgar Allan for winter break with the intention of soon returning to PSU... only when he does, it's with a contract in his pocket as a Raven, to let Wymack know that he isn't a Fox any longer.
(That he's switched teams to protect his friends... to protect ANDREW, not that he'll ever admit such a thing out loud.)Andrew returns to PSU free of a detested drug but not of familiar, awful demons, only to find a certain lying rabbit (a certain pipedream) has run away to Edgar Allan, and refuses to have anything to do with Neil Josten anymore.
Only it's not as simple as that, is it? Not when Riko is still determined to tear the Foxes down, to prove that he's 'better' than Kevin.

Summary
Punching your roommate is not a very smart idea. Starting a friends with benefits relationship with said roommate is an even worse one. Setting up a string of rules to keep it purely physical and make sure you don’t catch feeling but catching them anyways is certainly the stupidest thing you could do in that situation.
Luckily for Neil, he never claimed to be smart.

Mary died before she was able to runaway with Nathaniel so Nathan sold him off to the Ravens as promised. But not before he learned how to handle a blade better than Lola and built a mind sharper than his father's blades. Exy was his ticket to freedom but there is no freedom in the Nest for someone like him.

With Kevin Day coming back from an injury that many thought would end his career only to join a team like the Foxes and plan to go up against not only the best team in NCAA Class I Exy but also his own brother, Riko Moriyama. The sons of Exy, head to head, who would've thought?"
"Definitely not me, John. But let's not forget the new player the Raven's just debuted. Currently the talk of the nation, that Wesninski."
He listened with rapt attention as the reporters continued dissecting the upcoming season and a part of him just couldn't believe it. Then the television was suddenly switched off and he turned to face Riko. A rather pleased Riko who gave him a smile that held the promise of pain.
"Come."
He got up.
