Levi is gravely wounded following the explosion with Zeke and the thunder spear. He reflects on his past, specifically her. The beautiful red-head who befriended him when the two were both orphan children in the Underground. The passionate young woman who had captured his heart when the two were young teenagers. The only woman he ever truly loved. Creedence. The strongest person he's ever known with a pure soul and heart of gold.
Meanwhile Creedence tends to the pregnant Queen Historia in the cozy cabin. She recalls her life as she tells her story to the Queen as the two pass the days counting down until the young queen goes into labor.
And Morgen. Mysterious adopted sister of Mikasa Ackerman. A strong and capable cadet who somehow catches the attention of Captain Levi. He can't explain it, but he finds himself drawn to her, her blue eyes so familiar as they look up at him from the gathered crowd when the Scouts left Trost the day the Colossal titan attacked.

The stains wouldn’t come out. They never did, the dyes used in the factory were of the highest quality. Liv couldn’t remember the last time she’d seen the bare skin of her hands and forearms. They came in every colour- magenta, lilac, cerulean, emerald green, crimson, white, bright, sunny yellow. A stark contrast from the fabrics they used here in the district. Their clothes were muddy brown, grey, worn out black, unprocessed white cotton turned yellow from wear and washing. Those colours weren’t for them to have. They could make them, they could wear them on their skin, earned from hours of labour at the factories, but they could never own them.

Olivia is one of them, an orphan of District 8, textiles. The 72nd Hunger Games are about to start. Life has always been shitty, so how surprising could this be, really? Summary
Birdie had gone through most of her life as a military engineer within the Garrison Regiment peacefully. She didn't have to fight titans, just come up with weapons and contraptions that would prevent them from breaking down the walls that protected humanity.
However, the discovery of a human having the ability to transform into a titan changed all of that, causing her to leave her current military position for a new, much more dangerous one.
There, she meets Captain Levi. A cold, distant man who Birdie can't help but want to get to know.

Summary
