However, a new year means new students! Serenity is ecstatic to have her brother Draco in easy reach, and Lita Dursley hopes that her cousin Harry will settle in as well.
Unfortunately, a picture of the study group made the paper, Percy Weasley had a very recognizable rat in it. With escaped madman Sirius Black prowling around the shadows of Britain and other dark forces moving steadily into place, there remains one very important question:

After keeping Serenity Imbrium Malfoy out of the public eye and training her in enough things that she can pass as a mediocre witch under social scrutiny, she gets her Hogwarts Letter anyway and her parents realize they have to send her off without nearly as much of the Traditional Pureblood Values education as Draco has been getting. Ah well, it's still better than a squib in the family, even if she cries a lot and hugs people way too often.)
