Summary
Safe.
“Yes.” Neuvillette’s voice did nothing to break her out of reverie. It felt like getting cozy in a fluffy blanket on a rainy day, although a fleeting thought passed through her mind, stating that the man sounded vaguely breathless, like he was choking. “Yes, you are.”

Summary
Furina wasn’t sure where the line between love and care and basic empathy was drawn. Truth be told, it had always been quite blurred for her, because there was no one to show her either; the people of Fontaine adored “Focalors”; a carefully crafted facade made using centuries’ worth of experience— the “Focalors” who was grand and haughty, aloof and elegant— never Furina; who was excitable, petulant, loving, intelligent, and immature. No one ever inquired about her well-being. She was a god; a leader before she was a person.
