“-Its a shame.” Groff paused, he looked JJ directly in the eye, and smiled. To JJ he looked sincere, to JJ he looked hopeful, full of love, but JJ didn’t know much about a fathers love. Kiara saw it, a wolf hiding in a sheep's skin. She saw Groff's intentions, for what they were. Evil. Cruel. Unloving. “-you and me.” Groff finished.
Kiara saw his fist tighten as he pulled something out of his pocket. Kiara didn't know what. She had no time to tell what it was, it could have been a gun, a knife, a taser. It didn’t matter, before Groff was able to reach out to JJ, Kiara stepped in the way.
And for the first time in JJ’s life, the world grew silent.

Summary
It took a while for JJ to stop struggling against his friend's grip, but he eventually complied. After a few minutes of JJ not struggling John B released his friend from his hold and backed away a few inches. “Breath Jay.”
JJ quickly sat up, his breathing still uneven and rising from the sudden weight being taken off of him. “How could i? Your fatass was just on top of me. Asshole.” JJ said, a slight smile appearing on his face, John B returned the smile.
“Next time don't be an ass.” John B joked back, making JJ give a small laugh.
