Though Miguel doesn’t really have a valid reason to dislike Morales, after the discovery that Miles being an anomaly himself means that canon events aren’t quite the same for him, he still doesn’t like the kid. He doesn’t hate him, as he’s much too level headed to feud with a fifteen year old kid, but he tolerates him at best.
(At least, that's what he tells himself.)

In all honesty, Freddy was surprised this didn’t happen sooner in the evening. Gregory was only a child after all, he couldn’t run off of pure adrenaline all night. He was hoping to find somewhere safe for the kid as he became quieter in Freddy’s chest cavity, but each time Freddy attempts to escort the child to his “bedroom”, the boy is magically wide awake, complaining at Freddy’s wandering.

There always seems to be a new bruise each time he comes back, dirt smudged across his cheeks and knees, but all Freddy feels is relief. Bruises can heal after all, and he’s thankful it’s just that.
However, when Gregory comes to him with a large gash running down his leg, blood already drying on the pale skin, Freddy just about has a metaphorical heart attack.
