In front of him stood a man. He was dressed in dark leather, fingerless gloves, with a hood and a cloak. Most of his features were masked, but Corvo did see a scar cutting across his right side of his face, and interestingly, his eyes were of a different colour. He ran holding onto a bow, slowly reaching behind him to pull an arrow out of a quiver and fire at an unseen assailant.
“He is called Garrett,” the Outsider spoke. “He is here to set an issue right in which nobody in this world can. He will need your help, and you will need his.”
“Why is he important to you?”.
“He is important to everyone, to everything,” was the enigmatic reply.Crossover in which Garrett is pulled into the chaos of Dunwall, and given a task to stop both his and Corvo's worlds falling to powers beyond control.

Summary
STORY CURRENTLY IN REVISION - 9/28/20
Franklin Nelson gets turned into a dog after saving a mysterious (and very odd) lady on a warm, summer night. Officially, he ‘vanishes’.
Frankie comes to terms with his predicament and accepts that for the unforeseen future, he is now a spritely golden retriever.
One day, he meets a weary blind man, and he uses his new 'doggie-charms,' to try to get him to laugh. Maybe it's his purpose in life to make this kind, sad man smile more.
Matthew Murdock, a blind student at Columbia University finds himself attached to his new and furry friend, and the dog quickly becomes his world – he names him ‘Foggy’.
Foggy becomes Matt’s best friend.
And Matt knows that there is something special about his animal companion. So Foggy is either a gift from God (a friend to love Matt, for which he has prayed for every year since he'd been blinded), or Foggy is much more than he seems. Either way, Foggy is special to Matt, and Matt will do everything in his power to protect him.
