Jesper finds he quite likes waking up in a mansion. Despite how hard Kaz had worked to fix up the Slat and make it livable for all of them, it will never compare to the softness of the sheets or the smell of someone else cooking his meals with the best ingredients they could find. Arguably, though, his favorite part of it is the boy who wakes up next to him. They hadn’t quite talked about what they were, it had been meant to be a conversation that took place after they both survived the auction and everything thereafter. They had survived, but they had still neglected that conversation. Still, when Wylan wandered into the study one night complaining about how he couldn’t sleep, Jesper had no qualms with joining him in bed. After that, it became a thing. He heard the servants whispering about how his room hadn’t needed tending to in weeks, but he didn’t care because he woke up with Wylan in his arms and that was what mattered.
They haven't talked about their feelings, but they probably should.

Neil’s publicist made a note of almost never letting Neil do interviews. Everyone thought it was because he was a private person and he liked to keep to himself -- especially after the media surface following the death of his father. However, the real reason was that Neil Josten was just about the worst person to interview. If one thing set him off, it usually meant some snarky speech that would be clipped and repeated for the rest of time. Sure, all publicity is good publicity, but Neil didn’t want to stress his publicist out more than he should. So, he avoided interviews. However, when it is announced in the off-season that he’ll be making the transfer from the Boston Badgers to the Seattle Seahawks, he has no choice.
Andrew interviews Neil following his transfer and Neil can't keep his mouth shut to save his life.

“Okay,” he concedes gently, running his thumb over the freckles scattered across Dream’s face. “I’ll stay.”
Dream’s response is a soft, tired hum, and then his eyes are slipping shut again. George allows himself a soft smile, listening to his quiet breaths. His chest feels fuzzy, warm, adoration threatening to strangle him as he stares upon the sight.
After a moment, he draws his hand away, pulling it back to his side. Dream mumbles groggily, reaches out, and then their hands are pressing warm together as their fingers interlace.
He doesn’t move from his spot, even as his phone buzzes with texts from Sapnap and inquiries from Karl about why he hasn’t come to class. Instead he sits with Dream, and listens to his gentle, steady breaths, all while drowning in the warm affection that’s filling his lungs.
So the fire grows, slowly; steadily, and George does nothing but burn.
