“Long day?”
Hitoshi shrugged, eyes flicking back to Neito for a second. He was watching him, Hitoshi noted. His blue eyes are sharp, yet not prying. It was… interesting how the blonde could go from obnoxious to whatever this was.
The sharpness seemed to disappear, and the other boy grinned. “Well, lucky for you I’m here to brighten your evening!” He said, holding up his book like… a trophy? Like that one scene in that one prequirk movie Hitoshi was forced to watch in history class? He wasn’t sure what Neito was trying to achieve by holding his book like that.
“With what, psychology?” Hitoshi deadpanned tiredly. He was stuck in a state of both wanting the blonde’s presence around him and being way too tired for the constant dramatics. He wondered if Neito was a theater kid. It seemed likely.
“Coping mechanism specifically!” He chimed, “fascinating stuff, really. You should try it sometimes.”
