For one, Jaemin was telling this all to Chenle, and it didn’t feel right for Jeno to listen in on any of it.
For two, the upwards quirk of Jaemin’s lips whenever he talks about Renjun makes Jeno feel queasy. He doesn’t know how Jaemin can talk about the less than lovely parts of everything he’s been through with a smile on his face, and he’s torn between thinking it was a symbol of strength, or a symbol of unwellness.
But he doesn’t think too much about it.

Donghyuck was like a rechargeable battery, in Mark's perspective. There were times when he was bustling with energy, unable to contain any of his excitement and would run around with enthusiasm that wasn't seen quite often in people his age. But then there were times when he would close in on himself, take a little break and sometimes Mark would forget Donghyuck was sitting next to him because of how weak his presence would get.

Summary
When Donghyuck gets diagnosed with a terminal illness, he figures the only way to enjoy the rest of his life is to let go of all of the baggage he has been carrying. So he writes letters to everyone he has grievances with: his bitter, hateful lifelong enemy, his lying, selfish ex-best friend, and his ungrateful, unloving ex-boyfriend.
Donghyuck has to navigate the aftermath of his letters on top of another bomb being dropped on him: he’s been misdiagnosed.
