Summary
F1 Driver Charles Leclerc and Ferrari Team Principal Andrew Coleman formed a close bond over the many years that they had worked together, with Coleman even comparing Charles as a son to him. Then suddenly in their second year of racing together, Coleman’s wife passes in a car accident and then only a few months later, Coleman receives bad news for his health. Charles made a promise to Coleman that he would take care of Amelia, Coleman’s daughter, when he passes. Coleman passes early into their fifth year together and when Charles travels to the funeral to offer support to Amelia, and he falls smitten at the young woman she’s become in the few years since he had seen her, as she had been busy with college. Later, the press exposes some intimate photos of Charles and Amelia, which sparks talks of them being a couple online. Amelia’s recent ex-boyfriend catches wind of the possible romance and he threatens both Amelia and Charles in a jealous rage. Charles, fearing for her safety, offers to bring Amelia along with him for the rest of the pre-season and race year, so that she won’t be alone and so that she can also see into how her father had worked and lived for the sport that he fell in love with.
