Summary
Basically, the Duwang Gang goes to Italy to help Tonio-san figure out what happened to his brother, Massimo Volpe (Purple Haze Feedback). Jotaro also has to meet up with an old friend, and others, like Rohan and Yukako have other things to do, but are just there for emotional support. Joseph and the invisible baby (I think her name was Shizuka?) are not here.

Dabi closes his eyes and drowns out his self depreciating thoughts with another drag of his cigarette. Cursing to himself, he extinguishes the cigarette and curls into himself, ignoring the uncomfortable tug of the stitches in his back. Through the darkness of his room, an alarm rings and he throws his phone across the room.
"Happy fuckin' birthday to me." Dabi mutters.

Summary
Two years ago, the number one hero and the Symbol of Peace, Deku, was killed in a villain attack. His adopted younger sister, Eri, is following his footsteps to one day become a great hero herself, joining class 2-A at UA high school.
But things are not quite as they seem. The new number one hero and the proclaimed Symbol of Victory, Ground Zero, joins a secret investigation into a mysterious warp Quirk user who was once presumed dead - villain name: Displacer, Deku's murderer.
Only, there is one vital piece of information that the heroes are missing:
It wasn't just displacement through space...
