AKA following Trevor and Sypha throughout her pregnancy, a series of times Sypha rejects Trevor's marriage proposals, until she doesn't, wrapped up within a story of learning to communicate and dealing with the five stages of grief.

To Notice:
The fact of observing or paying attention to something.
Trevor was good at noticing things. It wasn’t a pride thing; it was a survival thing. When one has to run for their life at the age of twelve or thereabouts it pays to notice things. Like how people conceal weapons on their person, or when an inn might throw out the kitchen scraps after dinner, or how a person holds their body when they’re in pain. Things like that can keep you alive in a fight, or when you’re starving.
Basically a story of how long Trevor knew Sypha was ye ole preggers and why he didn't bring it up until the end.

Trevor Belmont is (apparently) gone. Sypha Belnades apparently spends two weeks in bed and then gets up and tries to pass it off to Alucard like nothing has happened. (We see your faux-casual "hello," Sypha.) During that time she has to come to terms with some messy truths.
