'Because that's just what I would do,' Julia said, putting out a knitting-needle to mark her place in her book. 'I can't think why all soldiers don't.'
'Well, make them a bit braver,' said Roger. 'It's not fair on Eric."
'You only said make them move,' Julia was arguing, when the door opened and Gwendoline put her head in.
'I want Cat,' she said.
'He's busy,' said Roger.
'That doesn't matter,' said Gwendoline. 'I need him.'
Julia stretched out a knitting-needle towards Gwendoline and wrote a little cross in the air with it. The cross floated, glowing, for a second. 'Out', said Julia. 'Go away.' Gwendoline backed away from the cross and shut the door again. It was as if she could not help herself. The expression on her face was very annoyed indeed. Julia smiled placidly and pointed her knitting-needle towards Cat's soldiers. 'Carry on,' she said. 'I've filled their hearts with courage.'

Summary
Invisible to See is a novel set in JK Rowling's Harry Potter universe, exploring one possible future for some of the key characters. It was begun in November of 2002 and completed in December of 2003; as such the story was conceived without benefit of The Order of the Phoenix, and cleaves only to prior canon.
It is a swashbuckling tale of love, friendship, romance, redemption and vengeance, and of the messy business of coming to terms with the differences between who you are and who other people want you to be. Or, in other word, growing up. It is very, very, very loosely inspired by Pride and Prejudice, among other things.
This story is a very long way from being a PWP, but it does involve some explicit and enthusiastic shagging; however, the characters are all over the UK age of consent.

After the Battle, Harry thinks he's left Hogwarts for good, but Minerva insists that all students return for an Eighth Year if they wish to sit for NEWTs in the spring, and Harry needs those NEWTs to go into the Aurors. Draco's just grateful not to be in Azkaban. Or the Manor. He's hoping he can steer clear of Potter this year and grapple with his own problems. Unfortunately for him, Potter appears to be one of those problems. And that's not even addressing the fact that Potter's got serious issues of his own, which Draco realises as he's forced to share an Eighth Year dormitory room and several classes with the Gryffindor Git. If only they can make it through the year without killing each other, it should be all right, shouldn't it?
