Frigga finished bandaging Loki’s hand but held onto it a moment longer. She looked into his eyes, her blue ones meeting his green.
“Come now, Loki. Hate is such a strong word. Surely you don’t mean that,” Frigga said.
“I do!” Loki snapped and pulled his hand away, “They’re always teasing me. I hate them. I always will.”
Frigga let out a small sigh and got a far off look in her eyes. She shook it off before packing up her supplies. “It won’t always be this way,” she assured.
