"I should take you to Dragonstone," His voice was low, rough, and he could feel the way Maekar shivered against him, the way his body went tense. "I should take you there and make you mine. Properly mine. Do you understand?"
"I would make you my wife," Baelor murmured. His mouth was at Maekar's ear, his breath hot against the boy's skin. "I would dress you in silk and lace, put you in my bed, and fill you with my seed until you're soft and round with it. Until everyone who looks at you knows that you're mine."
Baelor has spent his life protecting Maekar, his youngest brother, from illness, danger, and everyone who looks at him too closely. But as Maekar grows into a beautiful, furious young man, protection gives way to jealousy and the old fiction of brotherly instruction becomes impossible to maintain.

Summary
Baelor has heard about Daemon’s delusions. How he wants to own Duncan, how he sees him in dreams clad in the whites of the Kingsguards and the black dragon over his chest. Ice cold fingers run down his back at the thought of Daemon succeeding. If he had been a bit more clever and persuasive, would Duncan have followed him?
That’s why it has come to this. He keeps smiling that kindly one as he tips the innocuous little thing down his throat. When Duncan starts choking he pockets the vial so he can pull him into an embrace. With Duncan’s head tucked against his chest, he lets himself sink to the floor with the giant of a man halfway into his lap as the potion works its way through his system, and Baelor stays there until his man goes lax.
AKA: post Whitewall Baelor can no longer stomach the idea of Dunk potentially leaving him, so he makes him drink a love potion. It’s a perfect solution. It’s a harmless one, because Baelor will be careful and treasure him like he deserve. Nobody have asked Dunk how he feels about it, and soon as the magic digs it’s root deeper into his psyche, and tear apart the man he used to be, he might not be able to.

Maekar feels the faintest tightening in his jaw.
Little brother
It is not said cruelly—Baelor rarely says anything cruelly—but the phrase lands upon him with a quiet irritation all the same, carrying with it the unspoken implication that he remains, in Baelor’s eyes, something small and manageable, a younger creature to be guided rather than an equal to be admired.
“Nothing is wrong,” Maekar answers after a moment, keeping his gaze fixed stubbornly upon the path ahead.

Dunk gulps. Grits his teeth. Nods slowly. He has long thought he would be buried a hundred feet from where he was born. A lifetime of rain and swords, a signet ring with a dragon sigil half-buried in the mud, and now Dunk lays eyes upon a prince of the realm. Baelor Targaryen’s gaze is kind.

The realm is familiar with soulmates and the bonds between them. Having one was seen as a blessing. Two is a rarity.
Dunk dreamed of being a knight and also meeting his two soulmates. Unable to read the names on his skin, Dunk could only hope to meet by chance and for a happy ending sung in songs and stories as the dragons slowly close in.
