Loosing a book is very on brand for Aziraphale. However, this book means too much for him to lose forever. His bookshop is now a state for chaos, and he has to call in his beloved former demon for help in retrieving it. How will the angel react once he find out the poem that speaks so much to him, The personal message intine the front page keeps him going, anxiety riddled with the idea of ever expressing his wants or desires towards Crowley.
'TO MY DEAR FRIEND, Aziraphale. I hope that your unlikely acquaintance will be able to return to you on better terms. Your heart is in the right place, you just need to be able to vocalise your feelings better.

“Stop thinking,” Scar murmured into his ear, pushing his thumbs in deep circles on his lower back. “You never relax. It’s gonna get you killed.”
“I’m not the one who’s red right now,” Grian murmured back. His head got fuzzier with every breath Scar let out against his ear. “Maybe this is just your strategy to get my guard down so you can kill me.”
“Not you, Grian,” Scar answered back. He turned his head away, and Grian could feel the impression of his lips against his neck. Not kissing, not claiming, just there, waiting, like he wanted to. Needed to. But wouldn’t. “Never you.”

The man hovering over him leaned back, releasing Grian completely. Cold night air rushed in to fill the void.
“I guess it’s out in the open now,” the stranger hummed. “Shame. I wanted to avoid this.”
With the additional glow occupying the space between them, Grian was finally able to catch features that were lost in the prior darkness. His curiosity outweighed all else, and he drank them in greedily. As soon as he saw who sat across from him, alarms blared in his mind.
This man wasn’t a civilian, wasn’t even a hero.
“Hello, Doctor,” the villain mused. “You were quite the help today.”

Scar starts to speak, taking a step forward, but Grian takes a step back, planting his hands on Scar’s shoulders. “It is too rash!” he insists. ”Too unadvised, too sudden. Too like the lightning, which doth cease to be ere one can say, ‘it lightens’.”
Scar says nothing — he has no written line here. But he takes Grian’s hand in his. He holds it, gently, as if it’s something fragile. Grian’s completely blindsided as he feels a pang in his chest. Oh, Scar.
He places his other hand over Scar’s, squeezing it reassuringly. His voice is soft as he finishes his line. “Sweet, good night…”
Aah. This is the part of the scene where Scar and Pearl would’ve. You know.
He sees Scar give an imperceptible nod, eyes locked with his.
Grian is cast as Juliet and Scar is cast as Romeo as they rehearse the balcony scene oh no I wonder what could possibly happen
