Summary
When Sora's informed that he'll finally be able to go on a mission with Riku, there seem to be only fair winds ahead. Still, he can't help but be a little worried, considering how rough the waters have been. He won't let things like that get him down, though. After all they've been through, dealing with something as small as missing his best friend from time to time is nothing at all. He's going to make the most of the time they have.
It'll be smooth sailing from here on out. Probably.
As long as they don't crash another raft.

A/N: This work is currently being rewritten under the same name + same series.
He points the key to the sky, to Kingdom Hearts, and tries to summon the power of waking, but it does not come and no light shoots from Nightmare’s End. No power sleeps within him, waiting to be woken up. Kingdom Hearts surges once again. Sora stumbles backwards, falling to the ground, and lies down; defeated.
Set 10 years after the events of KH3, and follows Riku as he searches for his best friend.

Summary
Maybe it was stupid to think he could outrun time on a pirate ship, sail away from one island and take Riku and run to another and expect that to bring back everything that was lost; haul in the heavy anchors they all dragged in their wake in the course of a day.
But he’s Sora, and he's done more impossible things than this. So he’s going to try.

(The boys finally get to go to the Caribbean together, even if they had to die and come back first--but hey, better late than never? Post-KH III)

Summary
They told stories of the Ghost Pirate, of how he was more darkness than a wraith, gaping darkness that swallows light whole. They whispered tales about how he was betrayed by his lover and how he'd cut out his own heart to avoid the pain, had locked it away no one could find it.
There was a scar on Riku's chest above where his heart should be, that much was true. The rest, though - only Riku knew that. Only he knew about sea gods and rituals, things that locked Sora away from the ocean until he was all but disappeared. And Riku needed to believe Sora was gone, or his missing heart would ache.
Trust Sora to deny him this.

Summary
Sometimes, Naminé thought she was too lonely. She was halfway in love with a statue simply because she wanted someone to listen to her and she poured her soul into making the sculpture of the girl absolutely perfect. She didn't expect her to come to life, didn't expect her world to be turned upside, didn't expect to fall in love with someone who had once been carved out of marble.
Xion had a way of making the complicated things simple.
