Summary
It was easy to forget sometimes, how long they had known each other because one would assume that after 15 years a friendship like this got old. Of course, it was a stupid assumption to make: Shouta and Hizashi had been through thick and thin and even though they didn’t exactly blend, it worked. Yes, Hizashi was loud, brash even, but Shouta needed the noise, and Hizashi needed the quiet.
What Hizashi didn't need, however, were these stupid flowers ruining it all.

It must be instinctive, how his body twitches and jerks, wriggling towards unreachable escape like a broken, stepped-on worm stranded on asphalt. His arms are mangled, lying useless at his sides, and for a moment Aizawa imagines how comically pathetic he must look as his lizard brain pushes him to flee something that his consciousness can't even agree he's opposed to.
Because somehow, he doesn't mind this. Not really.
He's lost the fight, and there's no point in opposing the natural order of things.

But, outside of the classroom, dealing with the chaotic life of hormones, drama, and, god forbid, soulmates, in UA's brand new dorms, Shouta is floundering.
