Yoongi thinks that is a rhetorical question because how could he possibly have known that? He stays silent.
“There’s been guys asking me out, too. At first I considered saying yes to some, those who I imagined might be the most attractive, because what if the problem was the fact that it was girls asking me? But I quickly realised I don’t want to go out with boys, either. It all feels so wrong.”
Yoongi’s heart is jackhammering in his throat. He’s not sure Seokjin is even aware that he’s still here, his expression far away. He doesn’t know why he’s telling him all of this, either. Has he realised something is wrong with Yoongi? Realised it’s similar to what’s wrong with himself? But their conversations have never strayed towards relationships or romance or anything in that territory.
Or, Seokjin gets bullied in school for reasons Yoongi doesn't understand why they matter so much to everyone, but maybe that's just him being a little broken
