Mr. Mxyzptlk, the nigh-omnipotent imp from the 5th Dimension, decides that, as part of his latest prank on Superman, he'll steal a page from about a thousand sitcoms, and switch the minds of the Justice League of America with the minds of the Flash's Rogues.
Captain Cold, who hates change as much as he likes money and beer, is not thrilled to suddenly wind up in Superman's body, and Superman is even less thrilled to end up in the pain-racked body of a criminal who hasn't exactly done a bang-up job in taking care of his health. Neither one of them particularly likes or trusts the other, but unless they want to be stuck in each other's body forever, they and their teams are going to have to find a way to work together long enough to get the swap reversed.
This story doesn't really fit into mainline canon; it's just something I wrote for fun. I felt it was about time to take my shot at this old trope.
