Sometimes Marcy swore she felt like abducting Anne had been both the greatest and foolish crime of her career.
As if the captain herself was the one held captive to a chokehold; her pretty eyes deeper than the ocean itself in which she'd sink, drown and die. It was all sorts of wrong feeling this way for the princess she was supposed to sell out for ransom.
