It all starts when Kurapika begins to have dreams. Not just any dreams, though.
Dreams about Leorio Paladiknight.
Basically: Heavy Leopika, slight Killugon, and a very fluffy in the end, slightly angsty throughout story about Kurapika realizing that he's capable of love and being loved, and Leorio realizing that he isn't as straight as he thought.

Her light flush quickly darkens into a deeper red. Behind her, Chilchuck’s eyes have gone saucer wide. He removes the pins from his mouth to get to work securing Marcille’s hair in place, giving Laios a firm, disappointed shake of his head.
“You can’t just ask a woman that, Laios, what are you thinking?”
“I mean—” Laios puts his hands up, laughing nervously.
