Without thinking about it twice, Wilhelm had seized the opportunity when their boss had asked him to organize the Secret Santa for their Christmas party. Shamelessly he had simply assigned his crush Simon to himself. And if he stretched the rules of Secret Santa once, he could as well do it twice and tell Simon who gave him his gift.
