He never wants to take his eyes off it (this moment in time, them), feeling like if he looks away for even an instant, they’ll slip out of his grasp—like these wayward summer days are nothing more than an illusion, a trick of the light, in danger of disappearing as quick as they came.”
A retelling of the story of the Five Eccentrics and the War at Yumenosaki, with cars replacing microphones, the squeal of tires replacing melodies, and the growl of engines replacing the audience’s applause—aka the Fast and Furious AU (of sorts) that no one asked for.
