Support items like capture weapons, amps, arm grenades, and even sugar packets are prohibited, as the exam is to test their resourcefulness and their ability to fight without using their quirks.
Shinsou and Midoriya are set to go up against Aizawa, and proceed to show how fighting quirkless is done.
