Summary

Summary
Grace had survived space.
He had survived The Hail Mary project, an alien planet and becoming friends with an alien from said planet. He had fished Simon up from a blood ocean, and survived the small matter of saving the entire world. After all that, settling down on Erid should have been the easy part.
And for a while, it was.
Rocky was home, and Erid was peaceful. Simon was healing. Grace had a routine, a job, a quiet house, and something dangerously close to happiness.
Then Simon started staring at him.
Not normal staring.
The kind of staring that makes Grace wonder if he has done something wrong. If Simon is angry with him. If he has accidentally offended him. Or if he is about to become the first human casualty on Erid. The problem is that Grace has grown head over heels for Simon, and does not want to ruin anything between them.
Which makes it especially unfortunate that Simon has recently started acting like the world's politest horror movie villain.
Grace had survived space.
Surely he can survive one weird roommate.
Probably.

Summary
Grace has been the only human on Erid for… way too long, so when a man crawls out of the ocean, he does not know how to react but he‘ll do whatever it takes to keep him healthy and as happy as Grace can make him. And oh how violently he missed human contact.
*cuddling etc starts in chapter 4 in case someone wants to skip Grace‘s misery and them meeting?
