Summary
The thing about window seats is that you have to commit to them.
You climb over people, you wedge yourself against the wall of the plane, and then that's it — you've made your choice, and the choice has consequences. You can't escape to the aisle. You can't pretend you need the bathroom and not come back. You are there until someone lets you out, which means you are, in practical terms, at the mercy of whoever ends up beside you.

Alex and George haven't spoken for over a decade. One day, on a flight to London, Alex books seat 34A. George books seat 34B. And seven hours is a long time to sit beside a stranger who knows everything about you.

Summary
Things have been good— besides some lingering regret over not killing Shroud and the careful consolidating of corporatizing Mecha Man with dispatch work, Robert’s been alright. Hell, he even bought a bed recently.
Things spiral pretty quickly when he’s a victim of some sort of bizarro mugging and gets turned into a cat. Surprisingly, it doesn’t even rank in the top ten worst experiences of his life.

Summary
“You need to take a break.” Yuma told him wisely after several minutes of silence only broken by Ilia’s stupid sniffling noises.
Ilia said, “I have a month until World’s.”
“No,” He said, “You need a break. You will just go home and get this caught up in the storm of the media all over again.”
He chuckled numbly, “I could probably book a trip to Antarctica.”
“Come to Japan with me.” Yuma said and he looked surprised even as he said it.
“What?” Ilia asked.

Summary
“You don’t have to use English. You can still tell me anyway.”
Mikhail’s lips twitch, half-smiling, half buried in concern. “But then you won't understand.”
Junhwan shrugs as if to say that it isn’t a problem. The rest comes through his eyes, sincerity on full blast. “I don’t need to.” Then, for good measure, he says it again, voice lilting a bit as a smile tugs at his cheeks. “Tell me. I’ll listen.”
