Summary
The dorm all but shook from Jisung's heavy footsteps, frantic and irrational as he barged out of Chan's room, yelling for the others to wake up. His hands trembled as he stood there in the living room, eyeing the mess left on the coffee table and TV console, the strewn around clothes and food wrappers, and he felt a twitch in his fingers at the uncommon sight. He knew damn well no one would've left that mess after what happened yesterday afternoon.
Something was wrong.
"What's going on? Why are you yelling?" Changbin screamed just as loudly while Hyunjin covered his ears.
"Channie-hyung's not here."
There was a beat of silence, a moment of consideration, before Changbin suggested that Chan might've gotten to the studio earlier to make up for the time they lost yesterday. Or to avoid them.
Jisung, having been awake in what felt like a nightmare for longer than them, shook his head. "No, no. He's not here. His room is different. His bed's gone."
// or
After a fight yesterday, Stray Kids woke up in an alternate universe where Chan never left Australia.

Summary
Shane presses his forehead deeper into Ilya's body, breathes through his nose when he feels the stretch in the corners of his mouth and his throat closes up from the intrusion. The patch of coarse hair there scratches his nose and chin. He tries to swallow some of his spit, but all that failed attempt does is make him drool even more when he gags, his tongue involuntary pushing up and outwards to clear up his passageway but he would not take Ilya out of his mouth.
Instead, he closes his eyes and takes another deep breath through his nose, recalling all the breathing techniques he learned in therapy, in training, in his experiences being intimate with Ilya. It should be easier now than when he's fully hard, but that sinking feeling of failing stings Shane's eyes all the same. It's one thing to fail at something — at being like the other guys, at winning a game, at getting a joke — but it's another thing to feel like he has failed someone.

Shane wants to help Ilya takes his mind off something. Even though he doesn't want to tell him what it is.

Summary
Minho watches between his outstretched fingers, the proximity blurring out their details, as Chris's eyebrows crease. And he feels rather than sees when the vampire licks from the pulse point under the pad of his thumb all the way up to his ring finger. Open-mouthed, Minho sees the flash of red on his tongue before he dips back to do it all over again with the other hand.
It is a sight, to watch something so hungry for scraps. To watch a wretched being thirstily lick his palms clean just to feed himself. The low hums he's letting out as he drags the flat bed of his cold, stiff tongue against Minho's warm, bleeding palms sound like gratitude.

Summary
"What's that quote? 'A butterfly can't see its wings' or something like that? It's not true, you know? Butterflies can see their wings. They have 360 vision. But the quote is supposed to mean that some people can't see their own beauty. And I guess when you put it like that, it makes sense? It's just not factual."
His gaze lands again on the sticker on Chan's cheek, then his face — the soft realization in his eyes like something suddenly clicks.
Jisung continues, "But I guess some people don't see themselves as butterflies."
