“I’ve never done something so dangerous in my life,” Taehyung whispers, “But I’m too in love with you to ever even think about stopping.”
“And the Order,” Jungkook begins, “Does not scare me.”
Taehyung exhales heavily. “I’ll protect you from the Order, Jungkook.”
“You can always just turn me,” Jungkook says, “And they won’t be able to tell as long as you control me.”
Taehyung frowns. “You know I can’t do that. It’s too much pain for you, and if they find out, they’ll kill us both. This way, they can’t keep watch on you since you’re a human.”
“I know,” Jungkook replies in a sigh, “But I’m mortal. I won’t live forever.”
Taehyung turns serious. He cups Jungkook’s face, causing him to look at him. “Don’t say things like that.”
“You know it’s true.”
“I want to enjoy this time with you,” Taehyung argues, “I don’t want to think about the future.”
