Jisung was greeted by not only his brother’s annoying grin, but that of his brother’s boyfriend, who looked up from where they were entwined together on the couch. Jisung froze and felt his cheeks turn beetroot as Minho’s eyes casually swept over his naked chest.
“Woah, Sungie, someone’s been working out,” he said with an approving nod. Jisung’s beetroot turned to molten lava.
“You could have told me we had company,” he hissed at Chan, moving awkwardly to cross his arms over his chest and hide his hardened nipples.
“Company?” Chan laughed, “it’s just Minho. He’s literally here all the time."In which Jisung is in love with his brother's boyfriend.

So that means definitively, yes; the man sitting in Ms. Lee’s kitchen who just acted like a wounded animal is without a doubt Hwang Hyunjin, returning from Las Vegas. Jeongin’s still trying to wrap his head around it, because that’s not the Hyunjin that Jeongin remembers at all. Minho’s little brother, Jeongin’s hyung used to be… not like that.
Jeongin tries to not let the amount of times Hyunjin said ‘sorry’ in their incredibly short conversation linger in his mind.

Summary
“Hyunjin is dead,” Jeongin breathed. He looked up to see the others stare back at him with wide eyes, Hyunjin towering over them at the back, the light from the window in the hallway lighting up his figure. “They told me he was dead.”
Hyunjin's dark eyes found Jeongin’s tearful ones.
“Not dead,” Hyunjin said with a poisonous smile. “Just gay.”
Or: Jeongin has spent years mourning the loss of his first love, a love he was told by his church was sinful and wrong, but one he just couldn't stop from blooming in his chest. Now, years later, Jeongin meets Hyunjin again, very alive and also very different from how he used to be back in their shared church.

Summary
The scent of rusted metal, the drag of the strings, the ache on his thumb where the skin had been chipped off by a single mistake when he'd misangled the plectrum.
