Summary
Lando stares at the joint. The difference between their hands is visible even now--when the relatively small joint looks much bigger in Oscar’s hand than it normally would in Lando’s.
Lando looks back at Oscar, taking in the myriad of moles spanning across his face. It’s almost like Oscar knows he’s messing up Lando’s mind, the same way he usually does.
Oscar tilts his head to the side. “You want it, don’t you?” he asks, making it sound less like a question, more like something else.

Minutes, or maybe even hours later, he hears a soft knock at his door. In his boxers and worn out McLaren shirt he pads over to the front of his room and opens it, and is faced with Lando.
Lando, wearing sweatpants and a soft-looking hoodie. Lando, staring up at him as if he expected Oscar to not open the door at all.
“Lando?” Oscar says quietly, almost whispering into the dimly lit hallway where the other man is shifting on his feet.
“Hi, yeah. Can I come in?” He asks as more of a formality it seems, because he brushes past Oscar and into his hotel room before Oscar even has the chance to respond.
Or: Oscar is in his head, and Lando is there to take him out of it without him even having to ask.
