When did you know?
Stolas tells him, at first, that he had felt it right from the start. No, not that start. Keep going. That one, the first one, from the moment he’d seen him at the circus. Love at first sight, or first balloon animal. He’d had it all planned out by that afternoon. Spring wedding. Carnivorous bouquets. ‘Til death do us part.
It makes for a good story, which is how Blitzø knows he’s lying.
Blitzø asks Stolas when he fell for him, in the vaguest terms possible.

Kaveh and Alhaitham's holiday in Mondstadt takes a turn for the romantic.
Venti’s giggle belies the serious curiosity of his question. “You're in love with him, right?” he asks, innocently twirling a braid around his finger and acting for all the world as if those words won't have a profound effect on Kaveh.
“Uhhhh??” is all Kaveh can think to say as reality slams back in. The cold seems to soak his very bones, making him shiver despite all the layers, as his heart screeches to a halt. “W-what makes you say that?” He stumbles over his words as well as over his own feet, a surprisingly strong arm reaching out to steady him. He mumbles his thanks.
“You look at him like he hung the very moon,” Venti says, “and your bickering is quite unlike anything else. And don’t think I didn't notice you two playing footsie at the bar.”
“That was—he was just trying to annoy me!” Kaveh argues. “And it worked, by the way, it always works because he's the most annoying man in Teyvat and I can't stand him and I most certainly am not—” he cuts a glance to either side, making sure no one is listening in, and lowers his voice to a hiss “—in love with him!”
