Red feels something. A feeling akin to helplessness. It makes his skin crawl for whatever reason.
He has half the mind to block the noise out.
But a sharp, persistent voice stops him, the fog wrapping around Red's brain diminishing. He flinches.
Noobador turns his attention properly to Red, who is now shaking like a leaf. Tremors wrack throughout his entire body now, and they pay special attention to everywhere else other than just his hands.
“Red,” Noobador whispers. “Kid.”

And then it was LOUD. A large, deafening explosion. The shockwave hit Zuka’s feet and he topped over, instinctively covering his head. His eyes were wide as he gasped for air.
Oh gods. He wasn’t going to have a reaction to a silly explosion in the middle of the street.
But Zuka couldn’t calm down. He couldn’t soothe that pounding in his ribs. It hurt.
