"You're getting married."
Charles laughed. Then he stopped laughing.
An arranged marriage, a deal between old names and old fortunes. Not exactly unusual in their world. Charles just hadn't expected it to happen to him.
It got worse when he learned the groom's name. Because aside from the fact that Charles didn't even like the man, there was also the small, inconvenient detail that they'd slept together once, years ago, and never spoken of it since. So yeah. Charles Leclerc was getting married... To Max Verstappen.

Summary
Ferrari, 2015. Kimi Räikkönen and Sebastian Vettel have loved each other quietly for years and now, at last, they share a garage. Then a phone call changes everything: a five-month-old boy named Max has lost both his parents in a crash, and needs a home now.
Between race weekends and a phone book's worth of paperwork, an alpha, an omega, and a grieving baby try to become a family, across three countries, one social worker who isn't sure about them yet, and a great-aunt in Rotterdam holding a pen over the question of where a little boy belongs. Fernando Alonso appoints himself godfather. The whole paddock becomes a village.
Six months and every win that ever really mattered.
(I try to make the timeline anchored to the real 2015 season.)

Summary
Susuka 1999,
The subject Max Verstappen (age: two | height: questionable | authority: absolute) is running the Ferrari garage like it’s his own kingdom.
Sebastian Vettel (age: twelve | social skills: under construction | authority: zero) arrives expecting a quiet weekend around Michael Schumacher.
Instead, he gets adopted by a… blonde toddler?
Unfortunately for the paddock, Sebastian is only the first.
Over the next few months (read: years), Max encounters an alarming number of tiny adults, conducts several highly questionable investigations, ignores multiple rules, adopts people without permission and somehow starts collecting future Formula 1 drivers before anyone realizes what is happening.
Or: Tiny Max meets the future grid and makes it everyone else’s problem.

Summary
After Silverstone, Max Verstappen walks away from the 51G impact.
What no one knows is that he doesn't walk away unchanged.
As the championship barrels toward Abu Dhabi, Max hides worsening post-concussion symptoms behind victories and stubborn determination. Charles Leclerc becomes the only person who knows the truth—the headaches, the vertigo, the memory gaps, the fear—and the only one forced to choose between protecting the man he loves and protecting the championship Max refuses to surrender.
History remembers 2021 as one of Formula One's greatest title fights.
This is the version that happened behind closed doors.
