Both of their hearts were on the floor and Sangwon knew that he was the one to blame.
Anxin lets out a deep sigh, and tells him: “I actually thought I had a chance, you know? Turns out I was wrong. But maybe I misread everything. Maybe it was all in my head.”
Or, Lee Sangwon rejected Zhou Anxin when he confessed to him, and after a while, Sangwon realizes that he deeply regrets doing it.

“Wait,” Sangwon whispers. “Don’t kiss me.”
Anxin’s lips freeze under his fingers. “Why not?”
The question is faint but still enough to stick uncomfortably to his heated skin. Sangwon wants nothing more than to scrape it off with his teeth and force it back into Anxin’s mouth—such a shame that some medieval lunatic invented principles.
“Because kissing is for lovers,” he mumbles and hopes at least one of them will believe it. “And we are not lovers.”
Or: why having sex on video call with a stranger is a bad idea—especially if said stranger is not actually a stranger.
