“Earlier when your heart stopped,” Mike’s throat closed, his words like knives as he continued, “you said you were used to it. Does that mean—”
El sat herself up at the sound of his voice breaking. Slowly taking his hands within her’s, thumbs rubbing aimless circles against his skin, she brought herself to admit, “the Nina project was too much for my body to handle at times. The things papa had me relive, my heart… it was too much to take in at once.”
**AKA my take on how things concluded in the pizza dough freezer + how Mike finds out El’s heart required resuscitation twice in their time apart, (bc we deserved to see these scenes in the show)**

Summary
It had been two months since Lexi Howard had seen or spoken to Fezco. In those sixty days, the girl had embraced an unhealthy state of solitude as she allowed her optimistic identity to burn out.
When it’s finally safe for Fez and Ashtray to return back to East Highland, the brothers are rattled to find that Lexi Howard was not the same as she was before. Brittle and broken, there is a determination to mend all of the pain their absence had caused.
A one shot inspired by Harry Styles’ song, ‘As It Was’.

Summary
Prior to falling head over heels into a pit of unrelenting love, Fezco had liked to believe he was a confident man. However, here he was, haunted by a likely insignificant text bubble that had appeared on his girlfriend’s phone earlier this morning.
“Lemme get this straight,” Ashtray spoke evenly, his eyebrow slightly raising as he questioned, “you want me to track Lexi’s location so we can go see if she’s cheating on you?”
AKA a one shot where insecurity leads Fez to do something incredibly stupid.
(This is the fluffiest I’ve ever written Ashtray — I can’t help it, he just adores Lexi as a big sister)

Summary
Lexi has a habit of calling Fezco to talk about anything at random times throughout each day. He doesn’t startle when she calls him in the midst of a school day, but soon finds his heart dropping as an unknown voice requests he come to the hospital.
AKA a jumbled one shot about Lexi being clumsy, and Fezco being a worried, devoted boyfriend.
Bonus: more of Ashtray viewing Lex as a big sister & the boys meeting Suze.
