Summary
Jungwon tenses. “What?”
“I’m simply suggesting that you guys play into the hype. You two aren’t actually dating, obviously… just don’t shut down the rumors, is all. The hype could garner new viewers—perfect timing before the release of the short film.”
“…So we’d lie?”
“It’s not lying if you’re not denying it,” Sunoo counters smoothly. “Just act natural, same as you’ve always been. It’ll be fine, trust me.”
(Or: Pretending to be homoerotic with your best friend that you’re in love with to pander to your millions of fans probably isn’t the brightest PR strategy, but Sunoo knows best, or so he thinks.)

Summary
Jungwon clicks his tongue, “I meant, did you miss anyone in particular?”
Jay cocks his head to the side, smirking. “Are you trying to guide me to a specific answer, Jungwon?”
Jungwon’s heart flutters, he really enjoys the way Jay says his name. “Maybe. I know many people who have been missing you like crazy, waiting for you to come back.”
“Like who?”
“Me.”
(Or: As the crowned prince and future king, it has always been Jungwon’s destiny to marry and produce an heir to continue the royal bloodline. Unfortunately for everyone else, he’s already charmed by a certain bashful, royal wizard.)

Summary
Fifteen years ago Jay suffered the tragic loss of his parents, and while Jay was fortunately spared he felt like a part of him also died with them.
Since then, he’s had the face of the monster, of the vampire, who murdered his parents right in front of him ingrained forever in his brain. Jay swore that one day when he’s old enough, when he’s strong enough, he’d track down the one who killed them. After all these years he can finally settle the score with the one who stole his innocence.
(Or: Vampire hunter Jay hates vampires to his very core and is dead set on eradicating every last one. The path isn’t so straight and narrow, and he finds himself questioning his own humanity and compromising past loyalties).

Summary
“Are you serious?”
“Huh?”
Jay continues pacing around his kitchen, still in disbelief. “You’d seriously let me interview you as Superman?”
“Sure. I mean, why not?” Sunghoon casually shrugs like it's no big deal, like the answer was always an obvious yes.
(Or: The many, many instances in which Jay was too blind (figuratively and literally) to realize that the number one hero in all of Metropolis was his sexy, nerdy coworker).

Summary
“I want my office romance, too. Sneaking glances, and disappearing together to do who knows what, like Jongseong and Jungwon.”
Sunghoon squirms in his seat, “Ugh, don’t remind me. It still hurts…”
Jake looks around the office space, seeing the interns turned full-timers Sunoo and Riki trying their best to to fix the printer, and Jongseong suspiciously missing from his desk. “Speaking of, where is he?”
“He’s in Jungwon’s office, I think. He got called in. Again.”
“Jeez, it’s like they’re not even trying to hide it anymore…”
(Or: Newlyweds Jay and Jungwon have a tough time keeping their hands off of each other despite workplace romance being forbidden, especially between a boss and his employee. People are starting to catch on, how much longer are they able to keep their relationship underwraps?

Summary
“Oh, there is one other thing. It’s about our boss, I forgot to mention but he’s-” Jake gets interrupted when Jungwon suddenly appears behind them, specifically behind Jongseong. He quickly gathers back his thoughts, “He’s right here—Jongseong, this is Yang Jungwon, our boss.”
Jongseong turns around to face him, smiling hard like anyone would when appearing in front of their boss.
“Hello there, Mr. Yang,” He greets him, slightly leaning his head down to get a better look at the young boss, “It’s very nice to meet you, and I’m very excited to work together with everyone and be a part of the team.”
(Or: Jay is conveniently hired to work at the same office with his boyfriend of six years and now boss, Jungwon. That’s definitely not allowed so they have to keep their relationship under wraps and a complete secret, surely no one will find them out, right?)

Both of Jungwon’s hands are on both sides of Jay’s head, planted firmly on the wall behind. “I wasn’t going to do this before but I’ve changed my mind: You’re eager to get that kiss so you won’t stress so much about it later, right? And what better way is there than to give your first kiss away to someone you know and trust?”
Jungwon’s willing to do this much for him? How could Jay not fall deeper?
(Or: The five phases Jay goes through during his senior year of trying to build himself into someone he isn’t + the one instance he finally realizes he’s perfect the way he is).

Summary
“You said you’re the son of Park Jongseong, the eccentric old man that lives in the mansion on top of the hills, correct?” Sunoo cuts him off, seemingly all knowing, “People describe him as gentle and caring, always giving back to the youth. But there’s also whispers of him being crazy—Always talking to people who aren’t there.”
Riki slowly nods. It’s true, for as long as he can remember it’s always been him and his dad… along with other people Riki couldn’t quite see.
(Or: Riki seeks the help of a witch to help him get rid of the spirits that haunt his home.)

Summary
Music has always been a big part of Sunoo’s life. The instruments, the lyrics, and all the melodies mixed together to create a masterpiece that’s somehow able to touch the deepest part of your soul? It has him hooked.
Enter South Korea’s hottest idol out right now, Park Sunghoon. He’s universally attractive and musically gifted, the whole country worships the ground he walks on, he’s a pretty big deal.
Sunoo, on the other hand, doesn’t get what all the hype is about.

Summary
Jungwon hates kids.
If you had asked him back in high school if he planned to have any kids at all, he wouldn’t have hesitated to tell you: "Hell no."
Never once would he have ever thought that he’d assume the position as the guardian of his nephew, and never once did he think that he’d ever see his nephew after years of radio silence from his sister.
Because Riki wasn’t a newborn who needed hands-on care or an annoying toddler that you couldn’t take your eyes off of for even a second, Jungwon thought taking care of him would be easy.
Oh, how utterly wrong he was.
(Or: Following the sudden death of his estranged sister, Jungwon’s granted custody of his troublesome 9-year-old nephew that he’s never met.)

Summary
Working for the FBI seems cool on paper, but it’s not all fun and games when your assigned partner for the mission is your ex that you never really got over.
“Just act super horny for each other, like enough that it looks like you’re about to fuck right there on the dance floor but don’t get too carried away because you guys are still technically on the clock.”
…Or whatever the hell Heeseung wrote in the mission summary.

Summary
Jay spent a lot of time mulling over ways to ask out Naomi. Knowing what he knows about her and knowing himself, he figures just going up to her and asking her out normally probably isn't the best approach. Either Naomi will find the situation awkward and just laugh it off like no big deal, resulting in the biggest heartbreak of Jay’s life, or Jay somehow fucks it up and says the wrong thing, then runs away to his shared room and cry about it like a fucking pussy, also resulting in the biggest heartbreak of his life.
The best course of action is to obviously take it slow: hang out with her more often one on one, sprinkle in a bit of flirting here and there, then boom! He asks her out, she says yes, and it’s smooth sailing from there on out.
He gives the rundown of his game plan to Sunghoon:
Rule #1: Don’t get distracted.
Failed rule #1.
Or: Jay’s doing everything he can to court his longtime crush of three years, yet he can’t help but get distracted by her pretty guy best friend who just so happens to have a crush on her as well.

Summary
“You’re a scary dude, Wonie.” Sunoo comments, “How did you even get in his phone in the first place?”
“His phone doesn’t have a password… I should remind him to do that, in case someone steals his phone and does weird things to it or something.”
“Like you did??”
“Nonsense. I’m not a real threat to him. This time.”
As the school year begins and with no other members left in the student council to back up second year president Yang Jungwon, the principal decides to step in and fill the remaining spots with ‘troubled’ students of the school.
