Summary
It’s been a few years since Minho and Jisung last talked. It had to have been Minho’s last day in university, comforting a snot-faced Jisung clinging to him while also trying to hold himself together. Flowers smushed between with promises of staying in touch, a confession on the tips of both of their tongues but neither one daring to take the plunge.
It's been years now, and of course they lost touch with each other. Jisung is an up and coming rockstar with his band 3Racha; Minho is a seasoned model and actor. Their paths won't be crossing anytime soon.
So tell Minho why the tremble in his hands won't stop, the murmur of voices around him causes his heart to spike, the award he’s currently holding slipping slowly out of his fingers. Locking eyes with Jisung from across the awards hall was not in his plans, Jisung has always been able to see right through him. Can he still see him? His flaws, his scars?
Or
Stardom has not been kind to Minho, Jisung is there to show him a whole new world.

“…I’m not allowed to pop a knot,” he blurts out, unable to take the expression on the omega’s face.
The response he gets is a quick succession of blinks, and a confused head tilt. “Not allowed?”
Minho shuts his eyes, and explains. “Me and my friends have a stupid bet going. None of us are allowed to pop a knot for the whole month.”
Jisung is silent for a moment, eyes quizzical as he searches Minho's face for any hint of a joke. When he finds nothing, he huffs exasperatedly. "You're being serious." A statement, not a question.
or: Minho is dragged into the ordeal of No Knot November right after meeting the only omega who has ever made him pop a knot.

Summary
Minho smokes too much, hates Christmas, and has a complicated relationship with concepts such as “socializing” and “feelings.” His nightly routine is simple: escape from his guitarist roommate, sit on a frozen park bench, and contemplate the existential void with a Marlboro as his only companion.
Jisung eats his feelings in the form of gas station desserts, hides his body under coats three sizes too big, and lies to his parents about where he spends his nights. His refuge: that same park bench, at exactly 11:15 p.m., with the most obscene strawberry cheesecake money can buy.
For two weeks, they ignore each other with impressive dedication.
Until Minho breaks the silence with the most anticlimactic observation possible: “Did you know there's a coffee shop three blocks from here?”
