Summary
He watches more and more people leave the building. Do they all know too? Is it obvious how obsessed he is with George? How he eyes him with pure admiration, how every conversation circles back to him. They think it’s adorable — a rookie looking up to his more experienced teammate, a mentor even — and Kimi feels an ache tightening in his ribs when he can’t brush the strand of loose hair off the older man’s forehead, the one that lies there waiting for his hand to reach out and gently tuck it away. And sometimes he wonders, just hypothetically, just indulging in his fantasy, if they were alone, with no cameras, no rules, no risks, would George be okay with Kimi doing it? Would he let Kimi’s fingers trail over his temple, caress his jaw, and maybe, just maybe, let the boy's lips graze his skin?
