Summary
The class had been incredibly boring. It was filled with ordinary people with ordinary lives, probably using art classes as their chosen medium of self-expression but just for a couple of months before they finally stopped caring. Ilya was sitting as still as he possibly could, but he found himself drifting towards Shane and those beautiful doe-eyes of his. There was a brief moment of physical contact during the class, as well, when Shane had moved towards him and trailed his finger against Ilya’s features, starting from his forehead and ending at his chin. It had been infuriatingly soft, and Ilya was not used to being touched that way by anyone.
Toward the end of the class, when the people started sketching on their notepads, Ilya noticed that Shane did too.
In which Shane Hollander and his family owns an Art Gallery and Ilya Rozanov is an aspiring teacher who does modelling to pay for school.

Summary
Shane did not understand why God was tormenting him like this. He wondered if it was some kind of test, some kind of trial to see how far his devotion was to Him, or perhaps it was merely a way to make sure that Shane wouldn’t slip into sin after being clean for so many years. He had taken his vow of celibacy a little too seriously, and whilst Shane never really fantasized about women, his intrusive thoughts had always been of men, of flesh and hands and tongues. And now his mind was filled with something particular, when it was usually faceless figures. Ilya Rozanov’s lips had been on his mind since he had first laid his eyes on him, and it dawned on him that this had been the first time he hadn’t been able to pray the thoughts away.
Reverend Hollander is a Catholic Priest with a secret. He suspects Ilya Rozanov has a secret, too.

The drinks kept pouring in after that.Scott Hunter convinces Shane Hollander to join the team at a bar the night after the All-Star Skills Competition. He hadn't meant for Shane to get as drunk as he did.

Summary
It had started with a headache during practice, like a dull, antagonizing ache between his temples. Then came the muscle aches, radiating down at the back of his head and exploding at Shane’s shoulders, sending a terrible soreness down his entire body. He couldn’t afford to get sick, not when things were going so good, but sadly Shane Hollander was merely human, and thus he wasn’t immune to getting sick.
Shane gets sick. Ilya takes care of him.
