“Cold?” Bakugou teased, eyeing Deku.
“Yeah.” He couldn’t let Bakugou figure out what was happening. Or any of the others, for that matter. Maybe he could tell Todoroki since they had always been close, but Deku didn’t want anyone to know how weak he really was.
“You good, man?” Sero asked, leaning forward to look at him better. “You seem a bit pale.”
“It’s the lighting,” Deku deflected. He knew Sero was right; he could feel the blood draining from his face as the pain continued on. It had spread from his arm to his entire body. His arm and back were the main things bothering him, but his entire body was throbbing with a dull ache. Advil didn’t do jack shit, and neither did Tylenol.
“I dunno. You look awful. No offense.” Kaminari looked at him, his brows furrowed in worry.
“Yeah, if you’re not feeling well, you can tell us,” Kirishima pressed.
“I’m fine, guys, really. Just tired. That’s all.” Part of him felt bad for lying to them, but it was better than telling the truth.
“If you say so.” Kirishima obviously didn’t believe him, but he thankfully dropped the topic.

Summary
Once they arrived at the room, Izuku pounced, hugging him so tightly that Katsuki’s ribs could have snapped. All the same, he hugged Izuku back, burying his face in his sweet-smelling hair and inhaling the scent of honeyed mint, residue from the magic he must have used this morning. The smell was comforting, making him ache to cuddle closer and bury himself in Izuku’s warmth.
“Kacchan,” he mumbled into Katsuki’s hair, his voice thick. “I’m so happy.”
When Katsuki accepted Izuku's proposal, he hadn't realized the sheer number of traditions their village had. Between the brewing, gardening, and carving, he was starting to wonder if he and Izuku would ever be left alone.

He smacks and sticks his lips together, making sure the balm hasn't dried out. Spreading them evenly before planting a chafe kiss right on his forehead, leaving a small trail then to his temples, to the shell of his ear, and finally the sensitive spot that was right below his ear, the slight curve a home to his lips, earning a small gasp, then a giggle that petered into a small whine when Izuku kept going.
Each mark that was left on his skin was a confession of his love. His commitment. The pieces of his heart. "Not there, baby." Words slurred more into a whisper. Izuku's ego was in flames with how his boyfriend was reacting.
"You like it, though, can I keep going?"
"Idiot, that's the problem."
