and then, he left. he decided in the moment between the first and second purge of phlegm from his esophagus that it wasn’t worth waiting in the case whoever answered wasn’t the man he’d sought out. it felt awfully stalkerish, and for that he felt a sick twinge in his stomach.
thankfully for satoru, suguru was a much worse man than he.
or, following suguru's infamous defection, satoru tries reconciling through some extremely poorly thought-out means. it only goes downhill from there.
