Summary
Jisoo doesn’t mind working for the most narcissistic, most egotistical, most hard-headed boss in the history of bosses.
It’s not that he finds it easy to put up with the childish behavior of Jeonghan, just that the job pays extremely well and he’s been there for seven years; the routine is comfortable, expected, and above all, safe.
But the pressure of being the perfect secretary to the perfect man is demanding and Jisoo finds himself constantly stressed, overworked, and underappreciated.
So he decides to quit. He’s got a lot of money saved, so why not use it to travel, to find himself, to find his life?
It sounds amazing but when Jeonghan calls Jisoo “babe” as a joke during an event, the press makes sure that the whole nation of the Republic of South Korea hears it as, “Yoon Jeonghan, vice president and future CEO of SVT Industries, is getting married to longtime secretary, Hong Jisoo.”
So much for Jisoo’s plan.

Summary
Being homeschooled until now, Chan stands two days after turning sixteen in front of an actual school for the first time in his life. Chan's plan; keep low and get this done without causing himself trouble.
But that's easier said than done when you only pretend to be human.
In a society where people split into those who can use magic and those unable to, demons have nearly hit extinction. They are beasts accepted but still frowned upon by society and thus live with their true nature hidden. To this day, demons almost started becoming a myth.
Chan is one of them.

Summary
Lee Chan is a pretty face. At least, that's what top idol Boo Seungkwan declares to anyone who'll listen, branding the rising actor a "nepotism baby" with the "emotional range of a teaspoon."
Chan, overhearing this, decides Seungkwan is an entitled, sparkly canary with a god complex.
Their very public, very petty feud becomes the internet's favourite sport. But the universe (and their managers' desire for an early night) has a funny sense of humour. It involves a shared backseat, a monsoon, and a PR directive that basically reads: "Sing together or die trying."
As they're forced from icy glares to shared microphones, their legendary petty warfare starts to feel less like hate and more like a very intense, very confusing form of flirting. Now they're stuck in a real-life enemies-to-(maybe)-lovers arc, and the internet has front-row seats.

Summary
And then Wonwoo gets a good look at Chan for the first time in two years.
During his college career, Wonwoo has only made a handful of visits to Busan. He tagged along with Jihoon at first, attending Chan’s dance recitals and accompanying him to get his braces removed, but over time, a two-hour train ride during time better spent working or sleeping made Wonwoo’s heart gallop and his palms sweat with anxiety. Learning how to be an adult became a full-time job.
Wonwoo pushes his glasses up the bridge of his nose.
Chan is. Well. Objectively, Chan looks handsome.
Or: Wonwoo falls for his best friend's younger brother.
