For Sakurayashiki Kaoru, there’s nothing scarier than falling in love.
Unlike his calligraphy, where the end product is a beautiful piece with meaning and emotion behind each stroke, his portrait of falling in love is dark and smudged, stained with tears, and angrily ripped to shreds.

“Hm,” The Tsaritsa lets go of his face and walks back to her throne, taking a seat. “Tell me about him, would you?” Her request shocks everyone in the room, all of them having no clue why the Archon would care about the eleventh’s lover.
“He is… intelligent, beautiful, and a good fighter, better than me in hand-to-hand combat if I have to be honest,”
The room grows silent once more when Childe is done speaking, everyone awaiting the Tsaritsa’s response.
“Very well,” She hums. “Bring him to me in the next seven days. It’s about time we found Rosalyne a successor.”

The Tsaritsa was the embodiment of elegance and power, sitting atop her throne, clad in blue and white. Childe respected her not only because of her status, but also because of the way she looked upon him.
