From the minute their plane touches down on the Summer Islands, Aegon’s already being insufferable.
He beelines straight towards the pretty, young greeter who’s holding a tray of beverages, standing much too close to her as he speaks. “This is alcohol?” His grubby hands latch onto a glass without waiting for the response, smile lascivious.
The young woman shakes her head, and Aegon’s face immediately morphs into a scowl, dropping the glass back onto the tray and departing, ignorant of the way the cup sloshes and spills down the girl’s arm. Aemond sighs.

With an indolent air, Luke rests his elbows on the railing, leaning forward to better take in the action.
Below the Mandalorian is already in motion, beskar a glinting contrast to black walls and floors. Luke’s eyes trail him as he moves, bitter and gluttonous. Watching as Din takes stock of the concrete half-walls, helmet tilting upward to survey the turrets above. Exploring terrain before the simulation is initiated, his professionalism unaffected by the tension that still lingers beneath armor.
Compartmentalization is a skill Luke learned involuntarily; a way to cope with the horror that was once his daily existence. Din, by contrast, embodies the very practice of it. That rigid separation between self and other.
The Mandalorian’s inner world is so vast, Luke could get lost in it.
